　　象征Symbol

　　‘骑士精神’最早指的是马术。中古时代的精英战士，拥有快而强壮的马、美丽与有攻击力的武器和制作精良的装甲，这些都是当时的精英身份的象征。

　　The earliest symbol of chivalry is equestrian。 The elite warriors in the Middle Age mostly had  fast and strong horses， as well as fine and attacking weapons which were the symbol of the elite。

　　规范Standard

　　到了十二世纪，‘骑士精神’的意义转变为人生的整体规范，‘骑士精神’不仅是一种阶级意识，更是一种在特定环境下社会生活与自我认知的完美结合，它所承载的是整个中世纪西欧社会的信仰与价值。

　　By the twelfth Century， the meaning of chivalry became an integral norm of life。 It was  not only a distinction of class  but also a perfect combination of social life in a specific environment and self-awareness。 It carried the belief and values of the whole of the Middle Ages European society。

　　信仰Belief

　　到了现代，‘骑士精神’成为现代欧洲人对于个人身份和荣誉的注重，对于风度、礼节和外表举止的讲究，对于崇尚精神理想和尊崇女性的浪漫气质的向往，恪守公开竞赛，公平竞争的精神品质。它使现代欧洲人民族性格中既含有优雅的贵族气质成分，又兼具信守诺言，乐于助人，为理想和荣誉牺牲的豪爽为人品格。

　　Today， chivalry represents  the modern European focus on personal status and honor。 The Europeans are particular about manners， etiquette and appearance。

　　美德Virtue

　　骑士八大美德：谦卑、荣誉、牺牲、英勇、怜悯、诚实、公正、灵魂。

　　The eight virtues of knighthood：Humility， Honor， Sacrifice， Valor， Compassion， Honest， Justice， Spirituality。

　　Two FNRS riding courses per day。

　　One stable-cleaning and integrated practice activity with horses per day。

　　自信风采 Self-confidence

　　舒缓课业压力，增加自信和风采。获得（EQ、IQ、PQ）体智能的全面提升，提高孩子的理解力、记忆力及平衡感。

　　The summer camp helps children to relieve their academic pressure， gain more self-confidence and elegance， and increase their EQ， IQ， and PQ。 In addition， the riding courses can improve their sense of balance as well as their faculty of understanding and memory。

　　调整体态 Posture adjustment

　　骑马时会借助马匹行进产生的律动，增进骑乘者的呼吸与血液循环环，不但可消耗大量热量，也可促进心肺活动，达到增强内脏功能的作用。

　　由于骑马时全身上下的规律震动，使骑乘者在运动中会排出大量的汗液。骑马，也因此有了帮助排出毒素的功效。

　　With the help of the horse’s marching rhythm， a rider’s respiration and blood circulation improves。 It consumes not only a large amount of heat but also promotes the movement of the rider’s heart and lung。 This enhances visceral functions。

　　Due to all the laws of motion when riding， the rider will sweat a lot。 during exercise。 Riding has the effect of helping discharge toxins。

　　　拓展知识 Knowledge expansion

　　学习马术的基本理论和应用实践，拓展孩子的知识面，增强综合素质和个人魅力。

　　Children may study the basic theory and practical application of equestrianism， broaden  knowledge， and enhance their comprehensive qualities and personal charisma。

　　社交能力 Sociability development

　　增强孩子之间、孩子与动物之间沟通交流的能力，加强孩子的智慧、耐心、勇气与爱心。

　　Students‘ ability to communicate  with each other and with horses will be improved。 Also， their sense of wisdom， patience， courage and love will be reinforced。

　　团队精神 Team spirit

　　在夏令营中磨练意志，接受考验，挑战自我，领会团队精神。

　　Students will exercise their will， take  trials， challenge themselves and understand team spirit。

　　挑战精神 Self-challenge spirit

　　在骑马这项不轻松的运动中，学习到生活必需的执着精神，能有效培养孩子的处事应变能力和面对困难的勇气。

　　The challenging sport of equestrianism teaches children  persistence。 During  practice， the resilience and the courage to overcome difficulties will also be infused 。

　　贵族气质 Cultivation of aristocratic features

　　培养孩子的贵族气质及独立自主的能力，为将来出国留学打下基础。激发孩子潜能，提炼阳光性格。培养创新思维、领导能力和组织能力。

　　Aristocratic features and independence can be found in our students， and these lay a firm foundation for their possible further overseas study。 We try to inspire students‘ potential and mold them into “sunshine kids” with innovative thinking， leadership and organizing ability。

　　5天时间，勇敢地离开温室，与马为伴，和同龄小朋友为伍。体验马术乐趣、锻炼意志、培养性格、热爱生活、亲近自然、增进爱心、热爱学习。

　　To be out of their comfort zone， to be with horses and other children of the  same age。 Children can experience the fun of equestrianism， exercise their will， shape character， love life， be close to nature， and enjoy studying。
