New Zealand finally got a win, over Slovenia

　　Sinasports-The third round of the Stankovic Cup took place in Macau today. The winless New Zealand defeated Slovenia in the final minute to seal their first win in the tournament.

　　In the first quarter, New Zealand jumped out first but Slovenia soon made a 6-0 run to even the match. At the end of the quarter, Slovenia led the game 19-16. Slovenia extended their lead in the second quarter. But New Zealand then played tough defense and gradually took control of the game. When the first half ended, New Zealand led the game 33-32.

　　At the beginning of the third quarter, Slovenia made a 7-0 run and led in the rest of the quarter. But before the final minute of the game, New Zealand even the game 69 both. Slovenia's 3-pointer once gave them the hope of win. But New Zealand's free throw helped them to seal the win. This was the first win of New Zealand in the Cup and the first loss for Slovenia in the Cup.
