报名-第八届“张连伟”杯国际青少年高尔夫球赛(6)

　　14.报名和报到

　　各参赛单位的选手应于8月1日下午17：30前传真报名表及参赛选手身份证的复印件到朝向集团。

　　参赛选手必须在8月11日08：30--14：00之间持本人(身份证、户口本或护照及获奖证书原件)到比赛地点向组委会报到。如有特殊情况不能及时报到者，必须事先通知组委会，无故未按时报到者，作弃权处理。

　　Entry & Registration

　　All competitors should send their entry form and competitor’s identification to Forward Group before 2008-08-01 5:30pm.

　　All competitors must check in at 2008-08-11 between 08:30am to 02:00pm and all competitor must carry along their identification (personal identification, registered permanent residence certificate and award certificate). In the event that the competitor can not register on time with the special reason, he/she must inform competition committee immediately. If the competitor fails to register on time, he/she will be deemed to be disqualify.

　　15.经费

　　参赛选手参赛费为每人400元、亲子赛每队家庭480元，报到时统一交纳，由朝向集团统一收取。

　　收费标准：

项目	选手	陪同家长
餐费	练习日：（早餐20元、午餐50元）自行付费；12日餐、13、14日早、午餐由组委会负责。	早餐30元、午餐70元。
练习场	每天免两筐球，加打按会员待遇（打位费：10元/人、球25元/筐）。	按会员待遇（打位费：10元/人、球25元/筐）。
果岭费	赛前一周平日490元、假日800元，练习日免果岭费。	赛前一周平日490元、假日800元，练习日期间490元。
球童费	190元/人。	190元/人。 RMB
其它	更衣柜 30元。	更衣柜 30元。

参赛选手的往返交通费、住宿费等各项费用自理；

　　工作人员的费用由大会负责；其它非参赛人员的各项费用自理。

　　Entry Fee

　　The entrance fee is RMB400 for each player, RMB480 for a family team in the Guardian/Child Team Competition, preferred mode of payment by cash, at Forward Group registration corner.

　　Charge Details:　

　　The transporation fees, accommodation fees and other fees will borne by competitors themselves.
