　　国内外选手均由中国国际跳棋协会邀请。

　　五、比赛项目

　　100格国际跳棋

　　六、竞赛办法

　　(一)采用世界国际跳棋联合会公布的竞赛规则；

　　(二)比赛拟分为男子、女子两个组别，混合进行比赛，但分别录取名次；

　　(三)采用瑞士制，共赛九轮。

　　(四)比赛时限为每方80分钟，每走一步加60秒。

　　(五)名次区分办法：根据积分确定名次，积分高者名次列前。如积分相同，则依次比较对手分、中间对手分区分名次，均为高者列前。如再相同，则不涉及录取名次的为并列名次，涉及录取名次的进行加赛。加赛采用双盘制，每方一次先手，时限为每方5分钟，每手加2秒，直到有一方取胜为止。

　　七、裁判与仲裁

　　裁判与仲裁均由主办单位选定。

　　八、录取名次与奖励

　　(一)男子组录取前八名，颁发证书、奖金；

　　(二)女子组录取前六名，颁发证书、奖金。

　　奖金总额为20万人民币(税后)。

　　九、报到

　　(一)参赛选手须持本人身份证于12月4日到新泰市荣峰国际饭店报到。每位选手须缴纳参赛费50欧元。报到地址：新泰市青龙路荣峰国际饭店。联系电话：0538 7299999。

　　(二)大会将为所有选手、裁判员、工作人员等与会人员办理集体意外伤害保险。

　　(三)12月5日上午10：00召开技术会议，下午16：30举行开幕式，请所有运动员、裁判员、工作人员准时出席。

　　十、器材与经费

　　(一)比赛器材由举办单位负责提供；

　　(二)参赛者食宿由承办单位统一安排；参赛者的交通费用自理。

　　Regulations of “Golden Horse Cup”

　　International Draughts Open Tournament 2010

　　5、Rules: Rules issued by FMJD will be applied。

　　1) All players will play together in the tournament. Results will be counted according to women and men group separately。

　　2) System: Swiss System with 9 rounds。

　　Time rate: Each player will have 80 minutes with 60 seconds increments from the first move。

　　6、Standings: The standings will be counted based on the following:

　　1) Scores

　　2) Solkoff

　　3) SB

　　After the last round the players will be classified based upon the total points obtained. In case of an ex-aequo, the decision will be taken in accordance with the criteria provided in Swiss system competitions。

　　1)Solkoff median

　　2)Solkoff trunquated

　　Tie Break Games: The players who will be involved in the standings of first eight will play tie break games. Each player will play an unlimited number of games with different colors and have a Georgiev-Lehman tiebreak of 5 minutes with 2 seconds increments until there is a winner。

　　7、 Referees and Appeal Committee:

　　Referees and Appeal Committee Members will be chosen by the organizers。

　　8、 Prizes:

　　First eight men players will be granted with prizes and diplomas。

　　First six women players will be granted with prizes and diplomas。

　　Total Prize Fund：200,000 (Chinese Yuan)。

　　9、Registration: The player must register on December 4 with his ID card or passport, and inform the Organizing Committee of his departure time。

　　Entry Fee:Each player must pay Euro 50 as entry fee。

　　10、Technical Meeting: The technical meeting will be held at 10:00 December 5. All the players, referees and working staff must be present。

　　11、 Equipment: All the boards and competition equipments will be provided by the Organizing Committee。

　　12、Conditions: The organizing committee will cover the full accommodations for all the players. The players will pay their own air tickets。

　　13、Miscellaneous: Things that are not mentioned in this Regulation will
