　　2008 is a special year to all the Chinese. It’s the first time that the Olympic Games take place in Beijing. As a Chinese， I am very proud. The year of 2008 is getting closer and closer to us. We must do something for the Olympic Games.

　　First of all， we must protect the environment. For example， do not spit anywhere; do not litter anywhere; protect flowers and plants， and so on. The sky is get-ting blue， the air is getting fresh， the grass is getting green and flowers are getting beautiful. I be-lieve Beijing will be made beautiful more and more. How happy we are!

　　Another thing we need to do is our English skills.In 2008， a lot of foreigners will come to Beijing， we must improve our spoken English. Rome wasn’t built in a day， so is English. We need study hard from now.
