　　5.活动当天设有抽奖活动，请带好抽奖券，并在到达内场终点门楼后将抽奖券一联撕下投入抽奖箱中，并凭领奖联领取奖品。

　　For the lucky draw please bring your lucky draw entry card received upon registration. Cards are placed in boxes at the finish line.

　　6.报名表上的有关内容请如实填写

　　7.参加者要做好准备工作，确保身体状况符合参加活动的要求，如果你感觉身体不适，请不要参加该健康跑活动

　　8.此次活动不计名次，重在参与，活动中请注意自身安全，组织者将从每位参加者的报名费中抽取一部分用于购买活动当天的保险

　　10. 活动终点设在成都市体育中心内，到达终点后请上看台就座，观看表演并等待抽奖。

　　The ending point is inside the stadium, please go into the grandstand and wait for performances and lucky prizes after getting to the finish line.

　　11.起点和终点均设有厕所

　　Toilets are all located inside starting and ending point.

　　12.沿途请不要乱扔水瓶

　　Please do not throw water bottle on the way.

　　报名费收据：您的部分报名费将通过成都市体育局以2004安利纽崔莱健康跑活动组委会的名义捐赠给成都市需要改善体育设施的5所小学。

　　Registration Receipt: A portion of your registration fee for the 2004 Amway Nutrilite Health Run will go towards developing sporting facilities in 5 primary schools in Chengdu.
