　　1978.1~1982.1 Studied in the television Dept. of Beijing broadcasting college, and worked in the sports Dept. of CCTV as an excellent student of Beijing.

　　1984 Attended in a advanced studies in the sports Dept. of the Federal Republic of Germany TV station.

　　1988 Be appointed as the leader of the sports news team of CCTV.

　　1989 Be appointed as the vice-director of the sports news Dept. of CCTV.

　　1993Be appointed as the director of the sports Dept. of CCTV.

　　1994 Be appointed as the vice-director of the sports center of CCTV.

　　1953年4月4日生于北京。

　　1969年至1977年在中国民航第二飞行总队从事航空摄影工作。

　　1978年1月至1982年1月在北京广播学院电视系就读，并以北京市优秀毕业生身份被分配到中央电视台体育部。

　　1984年在联邦德国电视台体育部进修一年。

　　1988年任中央电视台体育新闻组组长。

　　1989年任中央电视台体育部副主任。

　　1993年任中央电视台体育部主任。

　　1998年任中央电视台体育中心副主任。

　　2000年1月任中央电视台体育中心主任。

　　Comrade Ma Guoli is the commissary of TV committee of the International Track and Field League, the presider of 2000 Olympic Games Reports Committee of the Asian Broadcasting League, the presider of the China PE Tele-journalist Association and the president of sports Seminar of the China broadcasting Acad.. Comrade Ma is a senior journalist and acquired the government special allowance. Comrade Ma Guoli was the 47 in the “50 persons who affect the international sports most”, which was chosen through public appraisal by the of UK in March 2003.

　　马国力同志同时担任了国际田径联合会电视委员会委员，亚洲广播电视联盟2000年奥运会报道委员会主席；中国体育电视记者联合会主席，中国广播电视学会体育研究会会长。 职称为高级记者，享受政府特殊津贴。2000年3月，英国《卫报》在评选“对世界体育影响最大的 50人”中，马国力排名47位。

　　Comrade Ma Guoli makes great contributions to China television sports report.

　　Main achievements:

　　1.In Jan. 1989, he initiated , which is the earliest professional news column in China.

　　2. In 1990, he organized national report of Beijing Asian Games successfully. The living broadcast method of “integer programs packages”, which is initiated by his studio, is used up to the present.

　　3. In 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games, he initiated the “backside studio” method, which promotes the sports games report to a modern phase. He took charge the living broadcast of the “Olympic Salon” column, and become the first one who acted as a compere and a journalist.

　　4. In 1994, he planed the reports of Hiroshima Asian Games and set up the facture center abroad for the first time. From then on, the sports report of CCTV tends towards the world.

　　5. In 1995, he established China sports channel, which is one of the most popular channels in China at present after it’s 3 years’ development.

　　6. In 1996 Atlantic Olympic Games Report, CCTV broadcasting time became the first one in the world. The programs qualities were better than before, which symbolized the mature of China sports television staff.

　　7. In 2000 Sydney Olympic Games Report, he set up CCTV unilateral reportorial point at Olympic Games palestra. The sports report of CCTV became the forefront in the second group of the international TV sports report.

　　8. From 1989 to 2000, the CCTV sports program time increases from 80 minutes per week to 120 hours per week, and its scope develops from a 20-staff sports Dept. to a 70-staff sports center.

　　马国力同志对中国电视体育报道做出了突出的贡献，主要成绩如下：

　　l、1989年1月首创《体育新闻》节目，是中国最早的专业新闻栏目。

　　2、1990年成功地组织了北京亚运会的国内报道，其演播室直播“包装’整体节目的方式延用至今。

　　3、1992年报道巴塞罗那奥运会时首创后方演播室工作模式，将体育赛事报道推向了一个更加现代化的阶段，并主持直播了“奥运沙龙”栏目，开创了记者担任主持人的先河。

　　4、1994年领导策划了广岛亚运会的报道，将全部制作中心首次设到海外，从此，中国电视台的体育报道走向世界。

　　5、1995年创建了中国人自己的体育频道，经过三年多的发展，目前已经成为了最受观众欢迎的频道之一。

　　6、1996年的亚特兰大奥运会报道，中央电视台的播出时间居世界第一。使节目质量比以往历届都高出许多，这标志着中国体育电视工作者的成熟。

　　7、2000年悉尼奥运会报道，首次在奥运赛场设立了中央电视台记者单边采访注入点。本届奥运会使中央电视台的体育报道济身国际电视同行的第二集团前列。

　　8、　从1989年到2000年，中央电视台的体育节目从每周80分钟增加到每周120小时；从20人的体育部发展到70人的体育中心。
