　　三、竞赛时间、地点：5月19日-22日河南郑州圣安德鲁斯高尔夫球会。

　　Date & Host Venue : 19^th to 22^thMay 2011，

　　St.Andrews Golf Club, Zhengzhou Henan

　　四、竞赛形式： 男子4轮个人比杆赛。

　　Format: Male 4 Rounds Individual Play

　　五、参赛资格：

　　(一)截止2010年度(12月31日)前中国职业高尔夫球协会男子职业积分排名前60位选手。

　　(二)获得2011年度中国职业高尔夫球锦标赛资格赛全卡资格的所有国内(前45位)和海外(前31位)选手。

　　(三)获得2011年度中国职业高尔夫球锦标赛资格赛半卡资格的国内(排名46-55位)和海外(排名32-43位)的选手(每站赛事仅限于半数选手受邀轮流参赛，但每位选手受邀参赛次数不少于50%的年度赛事)。

　　(四)中国高尔夫球协会推荐3名选手。

　　(五)赞助商、青少年及业余选手每站赛事可推荐6位选手。

　　注：若每站正式比赛中，出现报名人数不足156人时，由资格赛持半卡的国内和海外选手依次邀请参赛。如参赛人数仍然不足156人时，由其他资格赛选手按排名榜顺序依次邀请参赛。

　　Eligibility criteria

　　1) The top 60 players of 2010 China Golf Association professional golfer ranking。

　　2) The top 45 Chinese players and the top 31 overseas players of 2011 China PGA Championship Tour Q School ranking (all regular

　　members/full card)

　　3)The Chinese players ranking 46-55 and the overseas players ranking 32-43 of 2011 China PGA Championship Tour Q School (associate members/half card, with 50% members to be invited in rotation for each tournament which guarantees each associate member/half card no less than 50% events to be invited for each season)

　　4) 3 players recommended by China Golf Association。

　　5) 6 players for each tournament to be recommended by sponsors, may include junior and amateur players。

　　Note: If the enrollment is less than 156 players in its field for each tournament,the associate members NOT listed for the tournament will be invited to play in sequence. If the field is still not reaching 156 players after all associate members/half card are invited, the other players from our Q School will be invited to attend in ranking sequence.

　　六、竞赛规则与办法：

　　(一)规则采用中国高尔夫球协会审定，由R&A规则有限公司及美国高尔夫球协会共同颁布的2008版《高尔夫球规则》以及竞赛委员会制定的“比赛条件和当地规则”。

　　(二)资格赛采用4轮(72洞)比杆赛的方式。前两轮为预赛，在预赛中成绩排列前65位(含并列)的球员有资格参加后两轮的决赛。

　　(三)当第一名出现平分时，将采取“骤死式”加洞赛的方式决定冠军。如果加洞赛人数超过两人，不论赛果，冠军以外的同时并列第二名。

　　(四) 从2011年2月15日起，中国高尔夫球协会主办的所有职业赛事均采取球杆新沟槽的规定执行。

　　1. The tournament will use CGA approved “Rules of Golf by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews and USGA (2008 edition)”， and the Local Rules approved by the Tournament Committee。

　　2. The tournament will be played over 72 holes (four rounds) of stroke-play.The top 65 players (including ties) from the first 2-day competition will qualify for the last 2-day play. Such rules also apply to all amateur players in the tournament。

　　3. In the event of a tie for first place there will be a “sudden death” play-off to determine the winner. If a play-off involves more than two players, those other than the winner will be deemed to have tied for the second place regardless of the outcome of the play-off。

　　4. The new groove and punch mark specifications will come into effect as of 15^th February 2011 on all tournaments hosted by China Golf Association。

　　七、仲裁委员和裁判：裁判员及工作人员由中国高尔夫球协会统一委派。

　　Chief referee & referees: China Golf Association will appoint all referees and staff。

　　八、报名与报到：

　　(一)报名

　　九、总奖金及奖项：

　　(一)奖金总额：不少于20万美金

　　(二)冠军将获得奖金及奖杯一座。进入最后两轮决赛的职业球员将根据他们最后的名次而获得相应的奖金。奖金分配方案(如附件1，以20万美元为例)。

　　Total prize: no less than US$200,000.00/event

　　The champion will win a prize and be awarded a trophy. All professional players who enter the last 2 rounds will win the bonus corresponding with their position upon the tournament completion. Prize money allocation plan: please see appendix 1 (an example for a total prize money of USD200,000)。

　　十、费用：

　　(一)选手差旅费及食宿费自理。

　　(二)参赛费为人民币600元人民币/人，报到时交纳，由赛事组委会统一收取。

　　(三)5月16日-22日，打球费人民币200元人民币/场

　　(四)5月15日-22日，练习场免费使用。

　　Fees

　　1、 Players are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and meal expenses。

　　2、 Entry Fee is USD100/person. Please pay to China PGA Championship Tour Organizing Committee when registering。

　　3、 Playing fee is RMB200/Round between 16^th and 22^nd May 2011.

　　4、 Driving range is free of charge between 19^th to 22^nd May 2011.

　　1、参赛球员有义务自行查询报名结果，中国职业高尔夫球锦标赛将不对在提交过程中遗失的报名表负责。

　　2、当中国职业高尔夫球锦标赛新闻官要求参赛球员参加赛后举办之新闻采访，所有球员有义务出席。

　　3、冠军必须履行其媒体义务，直至颁奖典礼结束后两小时为止。如不能履行此项义务，须向中国职业高尔夫球锦标赛新闻官作出解释。

　　4、中国高尔夫球锦标赛奖金排行榜排名前三十的选手有义务在受到邀请时参加本站的职业业余配对赛。

　　a. All players should confirm their entry with China PGA Championship Tour Organizing Committee. The organizing committee will not be responsible for any missing entry。

　　b. All players should attend the press interview immediately after their round if requested to do so by the media official of China PGA Championship Tour Organizing Committee。

　　c. The winner must fulfill all media obligations, as directed by the media official of China PGA Championship Tour Organizing Committee, for a period of up to two hours after the prize ceremony has ended. If the player could not fulfill such media obligation, he must offer a satisfactory explanation to the media official of the China PGA Championship Tour Organizing Committee。

　　d. The top thirty players on China PGA Championship Tour Order of Merit must participate in this leg’s Pro-Am under invitation。
