　　詹·普瑞恩先生自1978年起从事青少年训练和青少年足球人才培养体系的建设工作，其25年多的经验涵盖了国际、国家和俱乐部等各个层面。他同时也有成功的教练生涯，曾经担任荷兰"特里佛斯·格鲁斯比克"、"NEC尼美根"和"赫尔蒙德体育"等俱乐部的主教练，并数次获得联赛和杯赛的冠军。

　　1996年到97年，他被荷兰足协委任为KNVB的教练员讲师，在马来西亚和韩国为亚足联工作，讲授亚足联A级教练证书的课程。1998年，他出任黎巴嫩U-15和U-17国家青年足球队的主教练，随后成为阿联酋俱乐部"阿尔·艾因"队青少年发展项目的技术主管。

　　1999到2002的四年间，他担任荷兰老牌强队"阿贾克斯"俱乐部的国际青少年发展部经理，负责俱乐部在比利时、加纳、南非、墨西哥和秘鲁的国际青少年发展联盟。在此期间他取得了极大成功，在其管理下的青少年体系为阿贾克斯的一线队伍提供了坚实的后备人才保障。

　　Mr. Jan Pruijn has an experience of over 25 years in youth training and youth system development since 1978, at international, national and club level. He also had a remarkable coaching career,shavingsbeen the Head Coach of Treffers Groesbeek FC, NEC Nijmegen FC and Helmond Sport FC and won League and Cup champions some times.

　　In 1996 and 97, he had been appointed the Coach-Instructor KNVB by Dutch FA, worked for the AFC in "A" License Familiarisation Courses in Malaysia and South Korea.

　　He was the Chief Coach of Lebanon FA National Youth Team U-15 and U-17, the Technical Director of Youth Development for Al Ain Club (U.A.E.) in 1998.

　　From 1999 to 2002 he was the International Youth Development Manager at AFC Ajax Amsterdam, coordinated the alliances in Belgium, Ghana, South Africa, Mexico and Peru. He achieved great success during that period. The youth system he managed secured a solid backup for the Ajax first team.
